Test Cycle
After we’ve cleaned, tuned, and inspected the internal portion of your heating system, we turn our focus to the way it operates during regular cycles. Our technicians turn your heating system on, set the thermostat to run for a few minutes, and then observe. We make sure you get adequate and even heating throughout the house. We check for unusual sounds and smells. We also watch for short or nonstop cycling. If we find strange occurrences during the test cycles, we’ll go back to the beginning and investigate further. In some cases, we may be able to make minor repairs while we’re there. For more severe problems, we may have to schedule another time to come back and fix your system.
